Return Policy


  • All discrepancies must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Damaged or used items are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
    • We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
    • Any Items Smelling of Cannabis Will Not Be Returnable
  • All custom machine orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, if orders are cancelled prior to shipment. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Glass Bubblers, Pipes and Rigs that arrive damaged or defective will need to be reported within 2 business days.

A return label will be provided to you to ship back to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the items a credit or replacement will be issued. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Machine Returns
A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) is required for all machhine returns and/or exchanges.  We are proud of our reputation for quality and customer service, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it in new condition in the original carton and packaging within ten (2) days of receipt for
credit or exchange. Returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are never refundable.


  • We do not accept returns on food, drink, candy, intimate goods, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • We do not accept returns on any items smelling of cannabis
  • We do not accept returns on any  Cones or Papers (even if brand new still wrapped in plastic) 
  • We do not accept returns on clearance items. 
  • Custom Sticker Returns - Proof approved stickers are not returnable. Please take the extra time to review your stickers before approving them. Once stickers are printed and/or applied, they can not be returned. Learn more about custom stickers shipping & lead times

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
