Please note: pallet orders of a single SKU, shipments outside of the contiguous USA, custom labels, bulk cones, label application, and banners do not qualify for free or expedited shipping.
The following product types and collections are excluded from free shipping and do NOT count toward the free-shipping threshold:

- Concentrate Containers
- Pharmacy Bags / Exit Bags
- Custom Marijuana Packaging (Products with Label Application)
Excluded items do not contribute toward minimum free shipping thresholds. Free shipping eligibility is calculated using eligible items only, regardless of cart total.
Example:
If your cart includes $2,000 of eligible items and $200 of excluded items, free shipping applies only to the eligible items. Shipping charges will apply to excluded items.
Shipping charges for excluded items are calculated separately at checkout and are not waived under any promotion.
