Great Compliance Labels- But Ink Running?

We use these daily and love that they offer so many sizes to fit our needs. Typically we never have an issue with them but this last roll we have received appear to have had wet ink when the roll was spooled up. Not sure why this happened but a whole roll is now unusable.

Great Labels- VERY Long Shipping Time

Really like these labels but the shipping time is a bit ridiculous. I can understand a week lead time, though not quite sure why it needs a week lead time for blank labels, but they still don't ship for another 2-3 weeks.
